History

The UKCR first conference was in 2017 in Edinburgh. The second conference was in Canterbury in 2018, and the third in Preston in 2019.

In 2020 our plans to host in London were put on hold (we all know why!), and in 2021 we held our first online event in collaboration with APA Division 10.

We resumed our in-person events with our 2022 conference in London in partnership with BBH.

After the success of our online conferences, we held 2023 conference online. and decided for sustainability and accessibility motivations to alternate our events each year between in person and online conferences.

On the 26th June 2024 we held our in person event at the University of Buckingham.

Last year, hosting our conference online on the 4th June 2025.

This year, in 2026, we will return on 24th and 25th June to where we started to Edinburgh Napier University!
